Day 1 - Saturday 

Arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport, free transfer to your hotel, jet lag recoup and relax, Welcome dinner.

Day 2 - Sunday  

Paper work and pick up of the bike from our depot, not far from the Adam hotel, ride to the Parma area, through the countryside, after lunch visit the Ferrarini’ factory , we will see the production, and to taste the “Prosciutto di Parma”, ride to our hotel in Parma,typical dinner.

Day 3 - Monday 

Ride on motorcycle to Torrile, near Parma, to visit the factory “Caseificio La Soresina” producing “Parmigiano Reggiano” cheese and typical Salami (taste of products) After lunch transfer by bike to Levanto, in the Cinque Terre area at the Hotel by the sea,typical dinner

Day 4 - Tuesday

Transfer on motorcycle to visit the Olive oil factory “La Vallata di Levanto”, we will visit the oil grove, and we will taste their sweet-flavoured Oil. After lunch Departure to Radda and Castellina in Chianti (Tuscany), typical Tuscany’ Dinner

Day 5 - Wednesday

Departure to “ Azienda Agricola L’AIA , a wine maker in Radda in Chianti, tour of the cellar, possibility of tasting different wines. Late afternoon departure, short ride to Spoleto: Time to go for a stroll in the historical centre, or relax at your hotel. Typical dinner in a local Restaurant.

Day 6 - Thursday 

Early morning departure for a nice ride to Campello sul Clitunno, to visit a Trufle farm,(demonstration with a dog to find the “Tartufo!”), Short transfer to Norcia for a typical lunch in Trattoria, after lunch departure to Assisi: lots of twisties in the Umbria countryside. Typical dinner based on Trufles.

Day 7 - Friday

Morning ride to Firenze, in the afternoon - 4 hour Lessons of Cuisine. Typical Firenze dinner

Day 8 - Saturday

Ride back to Milan with a stop in Modena to visit the “Acetaia di Giorgio e Giovan na producer of balsamic winegar, after lunch: sorry, last ride back to our depot in Milano. Farewell dinner in a tipical "milanese" restaurant.

Day 9 - Sunday

Departure day - Time at leasure until the transfer to the airport for your connecting flight to your following destination.
